Mago Earth Park is a new landmark and educational environment for peace and harmony located in Cottonwood Arizona. The name Mago hails from ancient East Asian tradition and can be loosely translated as Mother Earth. The park features a 39-foot statue of Mago, a symbol for living in balance with the environment and all humanity. Mago Earth Park was created as a place for people living in or visiting the Verde Valley area to feel their intrinsic connection to and dependence upon the Earth. It is our hope that people of all ethnicities, cultures, and spiritual traditions will come to celebrate the park’s guiding motto, “Love for all humanity and love for the Earth,” and be inspired to actively create a better future.
